Levels of Care

Assisted Living Care

The Assisted Living program is designed to meet the needs of residents that require a minimum of assistance with their everyday activities of daily living and is intended to help maintain their independence. Residents receive room and board and primary medical.

Skilled Nursing Care

Skilled Nursing residents receive care appropriate for those with medical and behavioral issues beyond those that can be provided in Assisted Living. Within skilled nursing are two secure 42-bed units that provide specialized care for residents suffering from Alzheimer’s and other related dementias.
